Ferries of The Irish Sea Across Four Decades is one of Ferry Publication’s ‘Ferries/Cruise Ships of’ series, presenting a photographic record of the various modes of transport within and from the British Isles. This book documents in pictures the busy ferry industry on the Irish Sea over the last four decades. It features many of the ships and companies who have traded on the Irish Sea over the last 40 years during a period of great change. The publication also includes the ferries operating to and from the Isle of Man, which sits in the middle of the Irish Sea. Continental services to France operated by Brittany Ferries and Irish Ferries are also featured. Current fleet lists of all ships operating in this area and maps included.
